DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:A monthly get together for new and veteran members to mingle, discuss adventure ideas and plan new adventures. Also an opportunity to discuss event leadership with members interested in organizing events for the club.OK everyone, 6pm on the third Tuesday of each month will be our typical meeting date. The location will vary but to start things off we will visit the Alibi Room in Vancouver. They have good food and a great beer menu (20+ on tap). They have an area downstairs that will be perfect for our needs, we will grab as many tables as we need depending on how many people RSVP.I will spend a few minutes to bring everyone up to speed on my quest for sponsorship as well as my recent explorations over on the Sunshine Coast.When you register meetup.com will ask you if you have any questions about Ecospirit that you would like addressed at the meeting. They can be questions about the club, future plans, becoming an organizer, how the web site works (www.ecospirit.ca) etc. Reply to the question and give me a chance to organize a response or ignore it and just show up to meet other members. The event will be 20% meeting/club business and 80% greeting/social.Once the 20% is complete, we will open the floor to questions. Once the questions are dealt with, we will simply relax with a nice pint and a bit of food. I am planning to be there for a couple hours.
